Our experience with Frank was a good one. He did his homework around what we were looking for and lined up a few properties that would be to our liking. We were particularly interested in a pre-construction project and as he is well connected with builders, he had the inside scoop on a great project. We ended up buying a unit there, and then Frank also got us in touch with a great lawyer/notary that will do all of the due diligence in finalizing the transaction.
